Refund policy

We offer a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: For a smooth processing of your exchange request, we require customers to video record the opening of the package from the moment it is received. This helps us validate the condition of the product and ensures a fair resolution.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

No Refunds or Returns

Please note, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Only exchanges are permitted within the 15-day period.
