These WhatsApp & SMS Terms (“Terms”) explain how Knidus Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses text messaging and WhatsApp to communicate with you. By opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number at checkout, through a sign-up form, by texting a keyword to us, or by any other opt-in method, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages from Knidus Labs via SMS and/or WhatsApp at the number you provided. These may include:
Order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications
Abandoned cart reminders
Promotions, discounts, and special offers
New product announcements and back-in-stock alerts
Customer support and account-related messages
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your activity and preferences. You may receive recurring messages, including order-related and promotional communications.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. For WhatsApp, standard data charges from your internet or mobile provider may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
4. How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time:
SMS: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPT OUT.
WhatsApp: Reply STOP to any message, or block or report our business number within WhatsApp.
Email: Contact us at hello@xyz.com with your phone number and we will remove you.
After you opt out, you may still receive a final message confirming your request. If you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you essential transactional messages about an existing order.
To re-subscribe, sign up again through our website or reply START to a previous message.

6. WhatsApp-Specific Terms
WhatsApp messaging is subject to WhatsApp’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which you should review separately.
To receive messages from us on WhatsApp, you must have an active WhatsApp account and have opted in to hear from us.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to send messages. WhatsApp and Meta may process certain information in accordance with their policies.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
7. Supported Carriers and Delivery
SMS services are available on most major carriers. Carriers and the companies that operate our messaging services are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is not guaranteed.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to opt in. By subscribing, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the phone number you provided.
9. Privacy and Data Use
We respect your privacy. We collect and use your phone number and related information only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us deliver messages, and as required by law.
10. Changing Your Phone Number
If you change or deactivate your phone number, please update your information with us or opt out of messages on the old number so they are not sent to someone else.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of our messaging services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
